My name is Hannah, I live in Bristol and I'm a mum and a wife that happens to have Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).

PMDD is a very complex condition that presents itself uniquely in different women. Women like myself with PMDD have a sensitivity to the naturally occurring hormonal shifts that take place within the menstrual cycle.

It’s not about my periods. It is so much more - I wish it was PMS and 'Aunt Flow', out-staying her welcome!
PMDD is estimated 2-10% of women of reproductive age.

I am also Founder of 'Mummy Cycle' a peer support group that helps mummy's that have a reproductive mood disorders.
